Trend Micro needs your help! Instead of just guessing what new products you'd like to see or how we might improve our users' experience, we're taking the question straight to you and other Trend Micro customers. If you've got opinions, we'd love to hear them—and to prove it, we've got a $50 American Express gift certificate waiting for you.
Here's the scoop:
When you join the Trend Micro Customer Expert User Group, you aren't committing yourself to endless hours in focus groups. You can schedule or participate in surveys or feedback sessions of your choice any time you want, and you don't have to participate every time we send out a request—in fact, we only have a few openings for each test, so we don't have room for every person. Most activities only take about an hour over the phone or 15 minutes online, and we're very flexible with scheduling.
We'll give you a minimum of a $50 USD gift card for sessions over the phone. Online survey participants are automatically entered in a drawing for a prize, and winners are selected at random.
You can pick and choose which activities you'd like to participate in. They include:
